Illinois ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Illinois Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file reports annually. The reports are due on the anniversary of the companies’ initial date of filing. Forms are mailed 2 months prior to the due date to the Registered Agent of the Corporation or LLC. At the present time the Secretary of State does not offer online filing of the Annual Report.

Illinois ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
